At Rum Social Events, every experience, product, and package is crafted with care to bring people together in the spirit of good vibes and great rum. Because our events and merchandise are prepared and scheduled in advance, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

Once a purchase is completed—whether for an event ticket, trip package, deposit, or merchandise—it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. We encourage guests to review all details carefully before completing their order.

Event Cancellations or Changes

If Rum Social Events must cancel or significantly modify an event, we will contact affected guests directly with next steps.
